An AI career compass for students who feel stuck.
An AI-powered career app that takes your MBTI, interests, goals, hobbies, and values, then points you toward careers that actually fit you. It gives a personalized 10-year roadmap and explains over 500 jobs — why they exist, and what people in them actually do.

01
Problem & Motivation
So many students, including me, have no idea what major or career to choose. I used the same method behind this app to think through my own traits — and it helped me pick a direction. I wanted to make that available to other students too.
02
How It Works
You enter your MBTI, hobbies, and social issues you care about. The app gives detailed career recommendations, helps you develop an initial direction, and makes career-counseling conversations way more focused.
03
Vision
Help students discover careers that match who they actually are. Use AI as a tool to design future paths instead of limiting creativity. Make career and major decisions feel less scary and more like a real conversation.
Why I built it
In Korea, you're often asked to pick a major and a career before anyone helps you figure out who you are or how the world of work is changing. Most of my friends chose fields based on income and prestige, not curiosity. I felt the same pressure — and I saw how much anxiety it created for people who couldn't picture their future clearly. So I built something to fix that.

How it's used
Students use PathWay as a starting point for real conversations — with parents, teachers, and career counselors — instead of just Googling job rankings. It's designed to reduce anxiety, not add to it: there's no 'right' answer, only a wider map. I keep updating the library with new adjusted career paths and try to keep privacy solid for younger users.
Why it matters to me
PathWay is a small prototype of the future I want to help build: one where AI expands young people's imagination about work, instead of narrowing it. Building it taught me that technology alone won't change how a society defines success — but the right tools can give students permission to consider a wider set of lives.
“Navigate Your Path — Pathway gets updated regularly with more careers and adjusted-job suggestions. We're improving the experience and privacy day by day.”
